AUGTOGRAPH RULES

  1. Gem State Comic Con does not and cannot guarantee that you will receive an autograph from any particular guest.

  2. For certain guests, autographs may be available for advance pre-orders online only. We understand that it may not be the best solution for all attendees, but we believe that having certain autographs for popular guests on pre-order only will ensure a better fan experience at the show: having an autograph pre-ordered, you secure your opportunity to meet your favorite celebrity, help us have a more organized line and save your time at the show. If the guest with pre-ordered only autographs decides to take some walk-ins at the show it will be at their discretion and with time permitting – please note that it often means the guest is kind enough to spend more time with the fans than originally planned, and with a filled schedule, it is not always a feasible option.

  3. All autographs are at the guest's discretion. Guests have the right to refuse to autograph anything or for anyone at their individual discretion. Some guests may have special requests, such as: no photos, only allowing one item to be signed, etc. All limitation requests from the guest must be followed.

  4. Guests may have merchandise or prints available for purchase while at the session, at their discretion. If you want to have your own item signed, please have your items ready for signing, or payment ready for making a purchase when you are near the front of the guest's line.

  5. Guests may refuse gifts, photos, or recordings individually or entirely at their discretion.

  6. To provide a fair signing opportunity to all attendees, please be considerate of other fans and limit your time with a guest, if there is a line.

  7. No touching guests without permission.

  8. The following gifts are prohibited: gifts of homemade food, gifts of pre-packaged consumables that have been opened, or gifts of pre-packaged consumables with tampered packaging. All consumable gifts must be pre-packaged with visible seals intact, without exception.

  9. Policies for specific guests may differ.

  10. Gem State Comic Con reserves the right to refuse access to any attendee who fails to follow the rules (or attempts to circumvent them). Anyone caught in the act is subject to the disruptive behavior policy, and risks having their admission revoked.
