Program Book Ads

 

Get your business in front of GSCC attendees – advertise in the GSCC 2024 program book!

Ad spaces are first come first served. Deadline for all content is February 26th, 2024

 

Gem State Comic Con 2024 Program book is 5.5″ x 8.5″ portrait saddle stitched. Cover and interior pages are full color.
 

Formats & Requirements:

• Formats accepted: PDF, TIFF, JPEG, PNG

• Resolution must be 300 dpi minimum

• The interior of the program book will contain a .25″ margin on all sides. No bleed (except the interior front cover if the bleed option is selected).

• For PDF files:

  • Graphic resolution must be set at 300 dpi

  • Images must be in full color

  • Graphics must be embedded

  • Fonts must be embedded

Inside Front Cover: Full color, full bleed OR no bleed 

FULL BLEED: 5.75” x 8.75”

NO BLEED: 5” x 8”

TRIM SIZE = The actual size of the program book (5.5” x 8.5”)

​

BLEED AREA = The area in which all artwork should extend. Any image or colored area touching the edge of the TRIM SIZE MUST be extended 1/8” (0.125”) on all sides beyond the TRIM SIZE.

 

LIVE AREA = Where all your content should stay within, such as Heading, Sub-Heading, Copy, Inset Photos, Contact Info, etc. In most cases, final artwork for full bleed, full-page ads should be sized to 5.75” x 8.75”.

 

FULL PAGE TRIM SIZE = 5.5” x 8.5” (for ads with bleeds, add .125” bleed on all sides; 5” x 8” live area, otherwise use FULL PAGE NO-BLEED ad size).

 

If the ad is sized incorrectly, we reserve the right to resize and/or re-create it to fit accordingly.
